Refund policy
At Coastline Co, all of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@vibewiththecoast.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size, please refer to the size guide on each product page before purchasing.
Return Shipping As our products are made to order, physical returns are not required. You do not need to ship anything back to us.
