How long does an order take?
Most items are made to order. Orders ship within 2–5 business days and then arrive in 5–10 business days in the US (10–20 business days internationally). Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by December 2 for US delivery by Christmas, or by November 13 for international orders.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery, and we cover return shipping. Email 31lkacou@tkastudent.net with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. See our return policy for details.
