Processing time
Every item is made to order just for you. Orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping times
- United States: 5–10 business days after shipping
- International: 10–20 business days after shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or busy holiday periods.
🎄 Holiday order deadlines
- United States: order by December 2 for Christmas delivery
- International: order by November 13 for Christmas delivery
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or stolen packages
Coastline Co. isn’t responsible for packages lost or stolen after they’re marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier first, then email us at 31lkacou@tkastudent.net and we’ll do our best to help.
